Kim Cresse is the Founder and Director of Ways of Awareness, Inc. She started her company to help make a contribution towards creating more peace and tolerance in the world by finding Ways for us to become more gentle and tolerant with ourselves.
Kim has realized that one of the Ways to begin doing this is by developing the capacity for 'non-judgmental awareness' through a practice called Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a way of seeing in the present moment that allows us to hold our selves and our experience with more clarity, kindness and peace.
Thus, we begin to bewith ourselves “the change we wish to see in the world…~Ghandi””
